July 1, 2006 The Military and Overseas Voting Manual is being revised. Previous versions of this manual may be outdated because of the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act and the recent consent decree with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding Wisconsin's complaince with the MOVE Act.
