Checklist III for the 2010 Spring Election is now posted to the GAB web site. See attachment below.
 

  • The checklist provides instructions on completing post-election activities.
  • Please read carefully as there are several revisions to the Checklist III:
  • Step 17 has been added to remind clerks to cancel absentee ballots that were not returned for the election
  • Step 28 has been added to remind clerks to send notice to their permanent absentees voters that failed to return a ballot for the election
  • The 3rd box regarding timelines for completing steps has been modified to reflect the new steps
  • Other steps have been renumbered to reflect the above changes
