Government Accountability Board staff has posted a new training webinar regarding Voter Verification Postcards.  The webinar is an excerpt from the SVRS List Maintenance webinar held on December 4, 2013 and includes the Voter Verification Postcards segment of that webinar.  This allows clerks to view the Voter Verification Postcard portion without having to watch the entire webinar.

With the webinar, we have also posted several reference documents relating to voter verification postcards:

  • A verification postcards overview document for quick reference;
  • A sample 30 day notice letter that clerks can use to respond to undeliverable postcards;
  • A Frequently Asked Questions document that includes the postcard-related questions that were asked during the SVRS List Maintenance webinar.
