This is the FINAL report for the 2012 MOVE Act Consent Decree.  Thank you for responding to the previous MOVE Compliance Report required by the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) and the Federal Court Consent Decree.

In accordance with the Federal Court Consent Decree, you are receiving a FINAL report that requires immediate action, but by no later than Monday, October 8, 2012.

The current and final report is available at: https://webapps.wi.gov/sites/gab/SurveyPlease note that we are sending this friendly reminder out in advance. However, please do not complete this report before October 7, 2012. The online version of the report will not be available until the morning on October 7, 2012.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Federal Court Consent Decree:

  • This final report asks how many absentee ballot requests from military and permanent overseas voters you received between September 21 and October 7, 2012 for the 2012 Presidential and General Election and how they want to receive their ballot (by mail, email, fax, or online using MyVote.WI.gov).
  • This report also requests the date(s) on which you sent absentee ballots to military and permanent overseas electors and how you sent them (by mail, email, fax, or online using MyVote.WI.gov).
  • All municipalities must complete this reporting requirement, even if they have no military or permanent overseas voters on file at this time.  Additional information on the 2012 Consent Decree is found at:  http://gab.wi.gov/node/2379.
  • This report must be completed no later than Monday, October 8, 2012.  Due to the short reporting time specified by the US Department of Justice, we will begin reminding those who have not completed the report by mid-afternoon on Monday, October 8, 2012.

Thank you in advance for your timely response!
