April 27, 2011 Late Wednesday, April 27, the Government Accountability Board, represented by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, filed the attached motion, seeking an extension of the deadlines in the State Senate recall petition efforts.
UPDATE: A hearing date has not been set, but could happen on Friday, April 29. More information will be available Thursday afternoon. The Dane County Circuit Court case number is 2011-CV-1660.
