Overview:

The Accuvote TSX is a Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) voting machine. Voters can use the touch screen to vote and cast their ballot. Headphones and an ADA-style telephone keypad are available for voters who require an audio ballot. When the voter casts a ballot, a receipt is printed to create a verifiable paper record. The Accuvote TSX should be placed on an ADA-compliant table or stand so that a voter in a wheelchair can use a forward or side approach to access the machine.
