Election fraud is a serious crime, and the Government Accountability Board is committed to working with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute it to the full extent of the law.  Please see our Statement of Commitment to Election Integrity.

The Board has not seen documented evidence of any widespread, organized or systemic cases of voting by ineligible individuals, or of double voting in Wisconsin. 

An informed voter is an empowered voter, which is the best protection against voter supression or intimidation.

If you wish to make a complaint against an election official, or believe you observed an incident of voter fraud or voter intimidation, and have evidence you wish the Board to review, please select the appropriate option below.
