Online Registration Instructions
To register online, please click on the course number below for the link to the to the registration form for the course. Submit the form by clicking on the "Submit by e-mail" button located in the top right corner of the form. This will automatically generate a message asking you to select your e-mail account type. If you have a desktop email program (Outlook), you will be asked to "send data file" or print. You should send the data file and hit Send on your e-mail message. If you have an internet-based account (i.e. hotmail or gmail), you will be prompted to save the data file. You will then need to log-in to your email account and attach the saved data file to an email before hitting Send. If needed, enter the course number in the subject line of your email. You will receive an email confirmation within three days.
If you do not receive a confirmation, have questions or need to cancel your registration, please contact Allison Coakley at (608) 261-2033. You may also print this form and mail or fax to the GAB at (608) 267-0500. Please note that arriving after course has started will require you to re-register for a different course. You must be pre-registered to participate in a training course. Please note: We will not be scheduling classes during periods of closed registration.
