On January 13, 2011, the Government Accountability Board unanimously voted to certify the Democracy Trust Fund applications of Justice David Prosser, JoAnne Kloppenburg and Joel Winnig. Candidate Marla Stephens did not apply for DTF funds, and is being treated as a non-participating candidate.
